^I don't see the revelavance of today's Kismaayo than that of five years ago. You have Amison troops in Kismaayo today. You have the local sitting up conferences to determine their future with the backing of Amison troops. You've a president in Muqdiso telling locals and Amison troops in Kismaayo to follow his orders without any regards to the local constituents while he is being escorted by Amison army.
