ST. PAUL, Minn. – Mekfira Hussein and Abduljabar Hussein have been indicted for their roles in the $250 million fraud scheme that exploited a federally-funded child nutrition program during the COVID19 pandemic, announced U.S. Attorney Andrew M. Luger.
