Qandalawi Posted October 16, 2010 Excellent, the president spoke like a statesman. He says "We welcome and support the new PM, but this TFG must come up with a new wave of enthusiasm and diligence". The onus is on Shariif and his new Premie. There was a lot rumour, smoke screen and hearsays about the position of Puntland on the PM's appointment but finaly the President made it public and clear to all. Kudos to President Faroole. Whas important is what the Presidnet has outlined and the contact group, UN and the US have told Sharif. The end of the transition, the federal charter, the Galkacyo accord and security. An individual position means little to the state of Puntland considering the accords we have achieved as well the US new policy.
