MONTREAL: In a ceremony held on the sidelines of the 41st session of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Assembly in Montreal on Monday, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the International Solar Alliance (ISA) and the ICAO in the presence of India’s Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, France’s Transport Minister Clement Beaunne and ICAO Council President Salvatore Sciacchitano.
