Mogadishu (HOL) - The Intergovernmental Authority on Development IGAD has appointed former Somali federal Planning Minister Gamal Mohamed Hassan as the head of the IGAD Centre for Climate Adaptation and Environmental Protection (CAEP) in Somalia.
