Mogadishu (HOL) - Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Yoshimasa Hayashi, on the sidelines of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) in Tunis on Saturday.
