Another dhoolatus in Baydhabo today. Daljiriyaashii sareeye Baydhabo iska xaadiriyey, tagayna xarunteeda, including U. S. and E. U. ambassadors.

Daljiraha Mareykanka refuses to meet madaxda qaranka in Filla Soomaaliya, yet Baydhabo wuu tagaayaa. Yaab. Also E. U. ambassador just met Xasan Sh. in Xalane, not in Filla Soomaaliya. And here he is in xarunta Baydhabo. Xasan Sh. should not have accepted that.

Famine have been declared in Bay & Bakool regions, probably for the 10th time. Can someone tell us why is famine a recurring theme in these regions? 

The folks from Gedo have been hit hardest by the drought in South Somalia and never heard of them going into Famine situation where thousands or even hundreds of thousands are at risk of starvation and death.

This area is more populated,  has over 50% of Somali population

This people live off of the land. They are not city dwellers, but rural communities and small towns people who cultivate their crops and raise some livestock to survive. Furthermore, there are 400 villages within the South West region which is much larger than any region in Somalia.

Rural and locals are the people national governments supposed to protect. They don't have passports to flee to foreign countries or connections with the ruling class to get access for their basic needs. If their crops and livestock dies they will be next..Gedo has serious drought, but they are close to the Kenyan border where most of the relieve NGO's are based. Yet, the Gedo drought is serious also, especially in Dollow and Baardheere.

I don't like these pictures and these so called ambassadors rooming from Kismaayo to Baidoa, Why not deal with the federal government instead of these big fish  in small pounds trying to bigger than who they are.
