Beledweyne (HOL) - A delegation led by Somalia's federal defence minister, Abdukadir Mohamed Noor, and the Commander of the Somali Armed Forces, General Odawa Yusuf Raage, arrived in Beledweyne, the capital of the Hiiraan region, on Sunday
