Mogadishu (HOL) - Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre appointed Cabinet on Tuesday, including Al-Shabab’s former deputy leader Mukhtar Robow Ali Abu Mansoor as the Minister of Religious Affairs and Senator Salah Ahmed Jama as Deputy Prime Minister.
