‎Mogadishu (HOL) - Villa Somalia's Spokesperson Abdikarim Ali Kaar said he was misquoted earlier this week when asked about President Mohamud's position on the construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) on the Blue Nile.
