Mogadishu (HOL) - Somalia's special envoy for drought response, Abdirahman Abdishakur, accompanied by the humanitarian coordinator for Somalia Adam Abdelmoula and other officials from the OCHA office, visited Dolow district in the Gedo region on Monday.
