You are looking at this wrong way and rather emotionally, in a country full of guilty "leaders' no government will dwell on what previous government did. Guilty people don't try each other. Those who really think the poor girl will get any justice is sadly mistaken. It doesn't matter who committed the crime, no one will face a court.

The country has a court system now. They have been passing judgements in the last 10 years including sentences ranging from life time imprisonment to capital punishments in various criminal cases. Are you saying all these cases have been unfairly judged?? Anigu I believe if this case is given an independent investigators the perpetrators can be caught and prosecuted no matter who they are. 
 

CBB seem to want this case forgotten and done with it making all sort of excuses. This case is a national security interest and HSM must appoint a special and capable investigators so they can get to the bottom of it. It is in our interest that our security agencies do not torture and kill citizens because of their political view point or the clan affiliation.

You are uninformed, the government control of moqdisho is limited. Each clan has their SNA. People like Mahad Salad never allowed any government to take full security of the city and HSM do not have problems with that. There will never be a court and the mother understands.

Tell me any high ranking official ever arrested, indicted, tried and sentenced? I am not talking about young men accused of terrorism or soldiers killing civilians.

Even actual terrorists like Roobow and Daahir are not investigated or tried. The best they could do is put them under house arrest.
