Mogadishu (HOL) - Former Somali minister of transport and civil aviation Mohamed Abdullahi Salat (Omaar) has called on the president-elect Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and his upcoming Prime Minister to reduce the number of lawmakers in the cabinet.
