The African Union is seeking, with the United Nations and other parties and donors, on the occasion of a double extraordinary summit to be held Friday and Saturday in Equatorial Guinea, to prevent the exacerbation of humanitarian crises on the continent in the wake of climate change and the expansion of militant groups' activity.
