He appointed his literal ilma adeer, a fellow Reer Culusoow gabar as a leading staff member in Madaxtooyada.

Also after a pressure from tolka after yesterday's non-tolka chief of staff (agaasimaha madaxtooyada) appointment, he immediately installed unqualified fellow tolka as his deputy, probably to spy what the chief is up to. Sheekadaan dalalka shuuciyiinta laga yaqaanaa.

Isn't this how 30 years old 30 million guy got rich by leading Turkish relieve efforts in Somalia. This is probably the only way Ina C/shakuur could pay his debt to that stupid hotel Aljazeera where a cup of juice is $4 dollars. Today in order to take more revenge against those who were close to Farmaajo, he targeted foreign minister Cabdi Saciid for useless shenanigans. Why suspend anyone at this late stage while your sun set will be in two or three weeks.

It's the optics.  In Somali poli, nobody gives a flying fck about qualifications.
