Muqdishu(HOL) - The federal Minister of Interior, Abdullahi Nor, announced on Wednesday morning that he suspended the Police Commissioner, General Abdi Hassan Mohammed Hijar, effective immediately, for "using force to stop the planned (parliamentary) sessions.
