Mogadishu (HOL) - Puntland Vice President Ahmed Elmi Osman Karaash has announced that he has temporarily taken over as President of Puntland, following the regional President, Said Abdullahi Deni's arrival in Mogadishu to vie for the Presidency of the Somali Republic.
