The Light Before The Darkness.

Deep in an unconscious sleep

a man lies alone in his bed

playing with the thoughts he keeps

all locked up in his big head

evils rang off his words and lies

and the unholy company he kept

unaware his life would pass him by

so all the while he was busy sleeping

ignorant to the cruel realities

of how he was being judged

caught up with unclean ambition

always forgetting his creator above

lived in denial to all that was holy

he was caught and nothing he could do

he finally realized all that could be

and fought to get up and start anew

the truth came crashing down on him

it was too late his time was up....

 

 

(BOB)

 

The good lord was a forgiving God

he was already given time to grow up

should have went to the mosque and prayed more

didn't the years hold enough time?

should've paid Zakkah and went for Hajj

then he'd be in heavens sublime

if only he had more time with less haste

BOB would've had a different story to tell

but a man's life here has gone to waste

his all was lost so sudden in a moment

moments he chose to throw away

he traveled far from the divine end

when he chose to go the other way

so live your life to the fullest

but don't forget the light above

it will pass in a matter of moments

and before you know it you'll be judged

take advantage of the light before the darkness.

 

May Allah (s.w) Guide Us All Through The Right Path. Amiin.Amiin.Amiin.
