Mogadishu (HOL) - The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Rooble has on Sunday directed the immediate release of $ USD 11,700,000 from the federal government accounts to contribute response efforts following the huge fire that gutted the main commercial hub in Hargeisa on Saturday.
