Complete meltdown on foundation of the society, no nationalism, no ethics, no morality, no culture religious teaching corrupted and very tribal. We want the good things in life and work hard for them. We know want a good future looks like and we work towards it. If the Somaliland government had $40 billion in spare cash we could rebuild the whole country into a modern first world state and make our capital a first class city within 5 years. The more they engage with Somaliland the clearer the reality on the ground becomes. The USA likes progress and since Somalia has made zero progress with all the aid money pumped into that dump America will start to believe it's time for balkanization.
