SHOWS: My so called life Animaniacs Family Matters Full House Tiny Toons Fraggelrock The Muppets Unsolved Mysteries The fresh Prince of Belair Wallace and Grommet Countless s Blossom Breaker High Xena the Warrior Princess The Cosby Show Seinfield Friends Fraser The Simpsons (duh) Buffy the Vampire Slayer Daria Beavis and Butthead ( they capture the essence of the 90s) MOVIES: Say Anything Reality Bites Clueless Pulp Fiction Schindler's List Dead Man walking The big Lebowshki Fargo I want to say Titanic but won't What's eating gilbert grape The craying chasing amy Princess Mononoke ( the best movie ever) The Grifters ( I heart John Cusack) Fight Club Good Fellas Unforgiven Jurasic Park The Matrix Barveheart CLOTHES: flannels shirts and plaid as well as loose jeans with tears and rips. Greasy hair and the whole unwashed kinda grunge look. parachute pants neon everything (biker shorts, glasses, hats,etc,.) layered dresses over tights and scrunchies halter tops strirrups big hair (not 80s big) but layered and volumed Butterfly clips (remember those? and the grils wore them by parting their hair in different sections and put them on the top row of the section) Adidas track pants (with button up sides) cargo pants flares waist high jeans (remember when it was still okay to wear your pants to your waist) chains out of jeans to hold in wallets ( started in the 90s) for the giuys remember when waering all these bright colours and crazy print at once was acceptable and the hair high hair with shaved streaks in them such as Will Smith in the early fresh prince days. starw hats with flipped brims overalls ( yes they were cool at one point) MUSIC: Whitney Houston ( remember when she wasn't a head?) Janet Jackson Micheal Jackson ( remember when he was'nt as weird?) SWV TLC Boy II Men Blackstreet Wu Tang Clan A Tribe Called Quest The Rascalz Ice T Pearl Jam Journey Janes Addiction Nirvana NWA Madonna Those countless boy toy bands I don't want to say them The Spice s Rage Agains the Machine P.j Harvey Alanis Morisette Mariah Carey ( remember when she was still sane?) Cara. Posted June 14, 2007 Munira, I love children's shows too. My favorite is Sesame Street. So tongue-in-cheek, that show. I'm sure a good number of the jokes are aimed at grown ups.
