Answer is easy, if you're not so shallow... First you might want to admit it... Don't pretend you've got no problems and are happy, That kind of attitude will soon land you at therapy. Next you might want to be assertive... Not so passive.... Or wait 'til you become so aggressive... No need to be pretentious... 'Cause that'll only play havoc on you conscience... You think smoking will help? Well, I've got news for you friend: That stuff never worked before... Those cigarette companies will only sell you more.. What's the best medicine you ask? I say LAUGHTER!!.. Laugh at times of difficulties... Laugh at the face of your adversaries.... Laugh when you feel like crying... Laugh when you wish you were dying.... Know that laughter is good for your soul... Your mind and just for YOU, all-in-all.... So, if ever you are dealt with stress... Don't turn it into a fuss.... Just remember to calm down and laugh... silent-sistah Posted July 13, 2003 stress you say? what is stres? its when your depressed, feel there's no way out, you feel down, dont know why, sometimes you wish you could just die. stress you say? well i say pray, pray to Ar-Rahmaan, to help aid your plan. pray to Ar-Rahiim, you see your deen. pray to Al-Mighty, to fill you with piety. pray to the Merciful, to make you greatful. pray to all-Hearing, to remove what your fearing. pray to All-knowing, to keep you going. pray to Allah to ease your sorrow, pray that you live till tomorrow. Allah will have mercy on you, Allah see's everything you do, Allah hears your every cry, Allah shall surely reply. pray, pray, pray, pray to Allah 2day, 2morrow in Jannah you'll play.
