Not only they did adjudicate about the dispute between C/laahi Deni and Dayaano family, but they also decided how much tax money of Boosaaso should be divided and the the cancelation of DP World lease at the port.

After 24 years, there is no government institutions solving internal problems.

Things even got worst what I was expecting for Deni. The last ruling he refused was better than this one. In putland these are the real leaders and always been. There never been  government institutions the bank building was about probably more national politics but there is peace and  long tradition of tribal leadership not like any place else. Only Abdulaahe Yusuf could challenge the traditional leadership. These are the formulas that Mark Bayden co want Somalia to maintain. Tribal fake states with national political voice. I have been the Somali state in Ethiopia and it functions much better than any Somalia state with their limited resources. They provide services and there is process of continuations. Putland is older than Somali state and had more funds. That is way you need a central government that  leads and supervises the process of rebuilding local government that serving not other way around. But also central government that transfers funds to states.

The main idea of Puntland was to a " pit stop" where the people could manage their affairs until a national government was established. C/laahi Yusuf and company had succeeded to establish a transitional government within just six years after the founding of Puntland. In fact, a lot of knowledgeable analysts said the more you prolong the the stability of the national government , the weaker the regional states could became.

By the way, a connected friend who was in Nairobi some time ago, told that he was surprised when he entered a villa and found out many famous Somali politicians and even one  former prime minister chewing Qat while Matt Bryden was sitting there and chatting with them.

DENI as he was having higher ambitions and focusing on Villa somalia,  Farmaajo,  Pl started to rot from within. The damage he done to D-block may not be repairable.

The second question on his background is justified but comes a bit late, as the man has been in the position for years now. Why didn’t it come up 4 years ago when he was running for the position?

Deni's big ambition is well and alive you would be advised young man. What happened in Bosaso is nothing comparable to what Farmajo did in Baydhabo, Mogadishu and Balad xaawo. The funny thing is he is still hopeful of having any chance of comeback!!!

Mida kale if qabiil is your criteria why don't you support Deni ileen isba waa Dblock eh???
