galbeedi Posted January 8, 2022 After the victory, Abiy is throwing some goodwill toward the opposition. Jawar and company should prepare for the election of 2026. It is probably some carrots for Mr. Feltman to give some graceful exit since he is departing. 2022 will be the year of reconciliation, image building and consolidation of power for Abiy, then the regional configuration will start in earnest.
