Well quite obviously Iraq. They are the unfinished business so to speak (in their eyes anyways).

Also it would be a more difficult task to construct the web of lies and decits that it has done so with Iraq becaue N Koera is not a muslim populated country and thus doesnt quite fall under the media current histieriay.
