MOGADISHU (HOL) - Acting National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) director-general Yasin Farey was today awarded the certificate of participation to allow him to run as an MP for Galmudug in the upcoming Lower House elections barely a month after he joined the intelligence agency.
