This doesn't only apply to Somali women, this is a universal rule. More men have won the Noble prize in Science( I am sure in other fields too) than women. An article I read a while back claimed men have a bigger brain hence they are smarter(Isnt this what Islam says), although I don't think intelligence and success are linked.
