If we were being serious, everyone's mandate expired. Rooble's main job was to guide the country through the (s)election process. And this is bad for future presidency. We can't seem to differentiate the president and presidency.

Now it got even worse. In August, he signed a documents transferring the management of regional elections including elder selection and finance to regional leaders without mentioning any supervision or having a say in case of " unforeseen businesses" arising from the regions.

Now, the federal government and Dr. Bayle will be transferring the election money directly to regions.And believe me those boys in Garoowe, Kismaayo and Galmudug and others will appreciate any cash coming from the Feds since they are broke.

So, Signor Rooble will be unemployed . No election to manage, and no money to distribute.
