The massacre of Somali civilians and the concomitant demonization of Somalis  by the Ethiopian media is a deliberate ploy to drag Somalis into the Ethiopian civil war. The Afar are too weak to prevent themselves from being used for this purpose by the warring Xabashi in the highlands.
 

The authorities of SomaliGalbeed must take all necessary measures to beef up the security of the Somali people in those borderlands and assume a posture of strategic defense.

The Afar are being invaded by the TPLF and are fighting to survive. THe Somali/Afar dispute should  be resolved after these major wars subside. The Somali media, especially the Jesus community , are openly calling the TPLF to take over Samara the Afar capital. Most of their coverage are how the heroic Tigray are going to crush the Afar. As I said before,  these Somali enclaves inside Afar territory,  has to be resolved through referendum or agreements. It is the same scenario Abdi Illey started four years ago when he attacked Oromo border towns on behalf of the TPLF to put down the Oromo uprising which created hundreds of thousands of refugees on both sides. Before Illey started there were no major conflicts that pitted the Oromo and Somalis.

Canfar ima xukumaso caqli ma ahan. Somalis are ruling Afar in Djibouti. The Afar are saying either they have to accept the Afar rule in Kilil four or relocate. It was Abdi Illey who transferred the three villages to Afar. Current president Mustafe revoked that old  transfer without putting the necessary muscle or the legal means to  take away from Afar.

Every time the TPLF are in trouble , certain Somalis join the bandwagon to save them or further their agenda, that is what the Somalis of SITI are doing. Furthermore, every effort to take out these towns from Afar region by force  has failed with disastrous results. Thousands of Somalis have became refugees and victims. Even Mustafe Cagjar was reluctant to wage these wars and many times he pulled the Somali forces to defensive positions. 

The Somali Geeljire has to think and make better decisions for the people. Boasting and chest bumping to crush the Afar doesn't work.

Gatba Ciise (Gadamaytu) is on the border but Cadaytu is inside Afar. The land is inhabited by Somalis but it is inside Afar region.  Rather than hold a referendum, Cabdi Illey transferred fully to Afar in 2014. You guys don't understand, Dire Dhaba was the Somali regional capital from 1991-1993. the OG  moved it to Godey leaving behind the best city that belonged to Somalis, just like they transferred Fayan Biro, Maiso, Jinacsani and more .Today Dire Dhabe is a special zone with Oromo and others.

Now, the Facebook boy in Jigjiga Mustafe Cagjar is making a fake campaign statements saying he had cancelled the transfer in stroke of a pen. If he is sincere why not put the Somali special forces between the Somalis and Afar and protect the innocent civilians. The Afar is using both local  tribal rebels, armed militia and Afar regional special forces. The only way to move these towns is through legal means.

I don't think those towns and territories can be defended by wishful thinking. Either the Somali kilil government has to put boots on the ground like the other qoomiyado are doing to defend its citizens and land or find a peaceful solution to the conflict to save lives.

The Jigjiga based government had never brought any Somali disputed towns to the Somali region. THey gave away towns close to Jigjiga like Jinacsani, and Fayaan biro which are border towns. If someone thinks they could go in and annex a town 60 km inside Afar territory that is a wishful thinking.

Besides, most Somali Liyu police only knows how to abuse other Somalis.

Cadaytu is 60 km  to the Somali border,  Cundhafaco is 40  and Gedametu (Garba Ciise) is 27 km. The only thing they are in common is most of them are close to the Addis--Djibouti highway.
