^^^read my previous post, the bit in bold,,,,,doesnt make it right and acceptable i know, but guidlines were in place on the treatment of slaves, now are there any other such rules/guidlines in relation to slavery? Slavery existed and still does whether you like it or not, but at there was recognition in the importance of not abusing abusing those slaves with the aim of phased eradication,,,,,,

 

I don't think everything was THAT pretty and nice back in the day.
