What about the 8 other scholar ship are they not from other sl communities. So whats the problem aren't muse biixis  clan part of sl.

The problem is how can a community that is 20% of Somaliland get 60% of the scholarships? that doesn't make sense.At least if it  was 30%  it would have been believable that it is random. It reminds people when Siad Bare use to give 80% of military/student scholarships to his D block community despite them making up           20% of Somalia.
