They fielded many candidates and had low turnout so there candidates split their numbers getting less vote on average. That is why communities who fielded less number of candidates won more seats. Same thing happened with the HJ in Burco 26 candidates for Burco's 15 seat bringing home measly 5 kursi while HY fielded 12 candidates bringing home a whopping 9 seats. The 4.5 mashruuc is not qabyaalad? What you are doing is the classic case of the pot calling the kettle black. At least the duriyada clan does not camouflage its intentions with hypocrisy and decided long ago that it has nothing to do with the qabyaalad bs of the reer AMISOM. Yes but the population of each region is based on guess work rather than actual counting of the people. Only when the people of each region is counted properly then can power be distributed fairly.
