Someone should explain that for me, because I only remember the times we generally used to praise the Arabs to an extent of linking our lineages to them, and belittling other somalis who used to insiste as plain somalis without arab traits in their lineages. With all that is going on in the UAE, who actually designs, engineers, constructs, consults on all the projects going on there at the moment? Yes, non-Arabs. Its got to the stage where Arab countries employ foreign firms to do 100% of the works. My future generations are promised for an unending prosperity, and with that in mind, I think I have no reaoson to envy the rising wealth of Arab societies, though I understand how they neglected their somali brothers at times of need, but you never know how their civilian attitude towards our plight feels, rather than the despicable despotic rulers who find joy in our misery.
