Supposedly, I am a Traditionalist Muslim (but of course it rests with Allah- I just hope I am not a munaafiqah in the sight of Allah, just hoping to be a Muslim ).

 

But the quiz was a bit restrictive with it’s options, like the jumca question

Opinionated, that was great. And I am alos a progressive, which I thought was a good analyses of me cos I am pretty (shamefully) lax with my deen.

 

I don't like the term progressive though, it is negative you know, your short comings in Islam are considered progressive- i don't like that, I prefer being a fundamentalist, even if the gaalo give it a negative conotation. I think as muslims we should be fundamentaly passionate about our Islam. and now, i don't mean joining Al-Qaeda :rolleyes: :eek:

 

I loved the article of interest as well - somethings we can definately discuss.

that was quite challenging,,,because , my actions and religious practicies have gone down-hill dramatically in the last year....

 

 

im now a progreesive muslim....

 

i know that last year i would have done better,,,,and thats quite depressing, as im meant to improve,,not fail..
