^^the offer is for religious purposes. Like 'oh your a Muslim/Jew, we can circumcise your boy' if you want us to.

they were different researches carried out on this issue, and there might be on-going researches on the issue-------------that is meant every research done opens up new initiatives, we can't relate one research to one topic, all i know is i saw previous research carried out on this issue but still they might be new once.
