While Al-shabaab is still deadly in suicide bombing their mobile military threat has been reduced by the American drone and Somali forces. Now, Biden is relegating drone strikes to be decided by the white house. If Al-shabaab is attacking army posts or other bases in a daylight you still have to get green light from the white house? that is ridiculous. Does any body realize that these radical guys, from Boko Haram to Al-shabaab and ISIS has mushroomed during eight years of Obama. Add to the Yemen chaos supervised by Obama while the country was disintegrating. America, no one needs your chaos and slow burning of nations.
