One can't say all hijaabis are good/pure girls neither can one say all non hijabis are bad. You cant put someone in a category simply due to their choice of attire. It all boils down to the individual. Even thou hijaa/abaya was supposed to stand for haya/xishod/deen/good character..but its not always that way. Not wearing it does not make you a bad person. Morality is deeper than such parochial notions. It's high time that we divorce our ethics from meaningless obsessions with attire.
