For the love of peace, Duke reaches out to secessionists enough

After a near decade of skirmish, full battles and saber rattling, is it not time for a peace initiative between the secessionists and unionists from Puntland?

 

These two communities have frustrated the rest of the law abiding Nomads in the forum with their constant competition, who cares if Burco is better than Galkacyu or if Qhardo is hipper than Hargaysa?

The peace requires a grand gesture from a young, educated noble Somali such as myself, who’s life quest is to promote good will amongst the clans. I have therefore decided to make that greatest of sacrifice and ask for Ibti;s hand. I am making a formal request to the SOL secessionist bigwigs and kinsmen of the lady in question, notably Ngoonge, Norf & JB. I am willing to negotiate a good price for the dowry, and all communications should be addressed to my kinsmen and Abdullahi Yusuf supporter S*S. My best man will be Che, and bodyguard will be FUFU in case reer Burco try anything.

 

PS: Edoo KK’s approval is pending, she will decide if this union meets the families Nasab requirements.
