^ that reminds of 'team building' activities most of them I'm cool with such as the golf/mini golf, paint ball, video game competition .. but lately they have been turning into 'lets meet up for an evening at the bar' ... and they even suggested i be the designated driver after refusing to go ... so there are some sticky situations involved but nothing that cant be managed.
