Well researched? How do you determine who is cool and who is not? I have the feeling it is based on govnt corruption more than anything else.

You can't put Nigeria on that list! They deserve a list of their own, there's lame then there's nigeria lame.

I'd say Northern Ireland would top the european 'Coolest' people list.. i've never met anyone friendlier than those people.

Nigerians....I still get those 419 emails every once of while despite being overused and i come think swindling is thought in primary level in Nigeria since not too many Nigerians finish high school. Crafty little buggers but they also have a good Muslim population, i met couple of them and mansha'allah they were exceptional people in terms of character. My first encounters of Nigerians was in Kenya and I was told the Kenyan authorities weren't fond of them and would immediately boot them out if they ever caught them with expired visas unlike other Africans who enjoy little tolerance. I guess they had rough encounters which explains the nasty treatments!
