I don't think the problem is with your ideas or liberalistic Reform Islam platform, but your online persona's approach(notice I said online, not you). Castro is the most controversial member on SOL (thus far), but he remains wildly popular because of his self-deprecating wit and his "Be easy/Keep it moving" philosophy. I think it'd be fair to say Castro has zero ego.(or damn near close)
