Rayyan Posted December 5, 2009 What if my name is :Taqiual-Diin,Cimaadu-diin, Saifulislaam Alhilaahi Asomaali - Abu Haytham Rayan bin cuthman Al Hilaali, will I have a chance to get that job or how I fair anyway. remember it's about a job not converting people or brainwashing as they say. The nigerian lady was telling the other day they never call her to the BAR when she finished her law degree, till she changed her name from something like Akuno to Ms Kingston, she got the interview, but that wasn't about religion but about ethnicity. Blessed Posted December 5, 2009 Your CV is supposed to tell the employer how your skills and education qualify you for the post. Personally, I've a very Islamic last name and wear hijab, so can't keep my faith a secret and I don't usually have a problem landing a job. There were a few occasions where someone pointed to my hijab as to say will you wear that to work?
