Dhubad. Posted March 20, 2007 Duqa, I was born in Baardhere and Maay was my mother tongue once, but cant speak it any more coz I left there long time ago. I was trying to speak to my Dugsi Quran teacher the other day but couldn't do it, I am sure I just need boor kajaf. Jaamacada Baardhere was the oldest Jaamacad in Somalia, I remember as a young boy visiting a ruined building which was said to be where the Sayidka learned Arabic and Quran not sure how accurate that is.
