It appears more like a cultural exhibition, an exhibition showing how traditional Somali girls/women dress. What are the chances 4 girls would wear the same kind of garment, with same style in a wedding? I doubt the picture was taken in Somalia. Notice they aren't skinny enough. Notice their complexion isn't dark enough. Notice the Westernized aria emanating from their expressions (only the second from left is showing a sign of shyness).
