QUANTUM LEAP Posted July 11, 2009 Avoid tight shows and ofcouse pants or trouses that are too tight and make sure you sit right at all times. Sleeping on the wrong matress and bed also do cause backache. Sleep in a room with room temperature and avoid putting on too much weight as that can only make life difficult.
