Just did a tiny bit of reading: It is impossible, all of the websites start off with

 

And stop eating the food that is preventing you from seeing your abs:

 

-white bread

-pasta

-soda

-candy

-dessert

-fast food

-hydrogenated oils

-sugars

-fructose corn syrup

Err that is ALL I do ever eat!!!

Instead, eat the foods that will help you reach your six pack goal:

 

-oatmeal

-olive oil

-whole grain breads

-fruits

-vegetables

-nuts

-eggs

-natural peanut butter

-chicken

-fish

-protein

-green tea

-water

Very few things in that list I can eat. :mad: Shiidhouse

ibti Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym!

 

Nutrition is an essential aspect of achieving six pack abs exercising the abs does not really make them much bigger, it just makes them more defined. Nutrition is essential in order to reduce the layer of flat that lies over your six pack abs.

I can see my abs, (well if I stop breathing I can), they are just not defined or strong. So out of this database here, what is the best thing to do Mr. Muscle smile.gif

And what about the area below the abs?

Ibti if u can see ur abs when u flex your more than a halimo(take high five) wale caadi matihid ...i dont think u need a hardcore diet a lil bit of cardio and cutting down ur carbs will do a magic for you

Faheeema , Swimming is one of the best exercises. It is a mixture of cardio and resistance. It’s refreshing and relaxing too. it’s not so hard on your joints like other cardiovascular exercises

Fu-Fu, I don't have that machine aan iska kaal riido at home. Pluz I have a feeling if I bend like that I will break in half. Something radical?

 

Had a massage and walked for 30mins, in more pain now than before. :(redface.gif

i think ibti is too young for toobin, bisinka.

 

dont listen to fu-fu, he is addicted to muruq-building.

 

best thing of back-pain, abaayo walk, swim and try to eat healthily. someone told me knowing the correct posture for your back will be helpful. sit straight and take regular breaks if your job involves sitting down too long.

 

i am like you i live on junk food, so i could not cut out all the bad-for-you but good-for-the-bum foods.
