The 'peace' agreement is a way to preserve what is left of the army and the land. Azerbaijan keeps the territories in Nagorno-Karabakh they capture so far. Armenia will vacate Azeri districts around Nagorno-Karabakh that they occupied since the early 90s. Most importantly for Turkey, they will have a direct land link with Azerbajian. Correction: Turkey does not have border with Azerbajan Proper save a patch of autonomous region which itself is cut off from mainland Azerbajan. Under the deal, Azerbaijan will have a direct link to the western region which borders Turkey. The Armenian will still have a link to Stepanakert through the Lachin corridor. Mastermind Posted November 20, 2020 ^ Deal or NO Deal, Turkey does not have border with Azerbajan except through already existing small strip in the isolated autonomous exclave called: Nakhchivan. Check Map.
