when it is 12.00pm MPL's time what is it in the UK??

Actually, it's 5 hours. Minneapolis' clock with respect to GMT is GMT-5.

^^^ Yeah but in the UK we are GMT+1 or British Summer time.. So its still 6 hours behind...
