Must be an oxymoron to use Halal label on pork products. I dont think there are muslims out there not smart enough to fall for that but then it is a serious issue if the label is abused to that extent. I think the muslims in south east asia have a lot in their hands.

I heard of this butcher who saw most customers going the Halal butcher next door, and when he asked why? some1 told him cuz it is halaal, and he started labelling all his meat, including the port, Halaal.

 

Btw, Halal is not under any copy right, that is why these things happen.
