Suldaanka Posted August 7, 2020 So this is what has been agreed on between President MBC and the Chinese delegation who will be departing later today from Hargeisa. After failing to persuade President MBC to abandon Somaliland relations with Taiwan. The Chinese want instead to open an office in Hargeisa. President Muse Biihi has put a condition that the office should be similar in configuration to the office by the UK Foreign Office in Hargeisa etc. That means, the office will be directly coming under Beijing.
